Overview

For your convenience, the Y has created an Online Reservation System that enables Online Reservations for the Lap Pool, Leisure Pool and Water Exercise classes. Walk-ins will only be available if the class is NOT at maximum attendance. Reservations will still be required upon arrival. Reservation availability varies by program type.

Please note: Reservations are for members only. All participants must adhere to the reservation policy or they will be asked to leave the program requiring reservations. All code of conduct expectations apply.

To make reservations for open/recreational swim, lap swim or other swim reservations, please select your location labeled “SWIM.” Reservations are not required at all locations. If the location you are looking for is not listed, reservations are not necessary.

Reserve Pool & Swim

Reservations in the pool at some locations remain due to staffing shortages. They allow us to control the amount of people in the pool as required for YMCA policy. Any short notice schedule change or closures will be communicated by email that the reservation was booked under.

  • Reservations will open 72 hours ahead of time. Please cancel your reservation if you are not able to attend.
  • Back-to-back reservations are OK, however the 5 minute rule still applies to each session and the lifeguard may clear the pool between reservations if necessary.
  • After 5 minutes into the session if nobody is present the reservation is forfeited and anyone waiting can use that space on a first come first serve basis.
  • If you do not make a reservation, you may be permitted to use the pool if there is space available after reservation start time.
  • Be advised that if you don’t make a reservation you will not have a way to be notified if there is a schedule change or pool closure.
  • Lanes may be cleared at the end of reservations time slots depending on pool activities. When the lifeguard is ready they will let participants know they can enter the water.
  • Circle swimming may be required as there may be multiple swimmers in a lane during lap swim reservations.
  • Typically swim tests are only given at the start of an open swim reservation timeslot due to lifeguard scanning priority.
  • Open/Recreation swim. Families must reserve a spot for every swimmer that will be in the pool.
  • Features are open limited hours, see schedules for hours and require open swim reservations.
  • Hot tub will be drop in only – no reservations. Hot tub may be cleared when the pool is cleared at the end of a reservation time slot.
